Delivery Times
At Mimpi Wild, every order is prepared with care and attention. As a small, one-person business, I handle all preparations myself, which can lead to variable processing times:
- In-stock orders: Processed within 2–3 days during normal periods, and up to 2–3 weeks during peak times (excluding weekends, which are non-working days).
- Pre-orders, particularly for the Cœur d’Artichaut series in Fine Art, may take up to 3–5 weeks.
Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier (Colissimo, Mondial Relay, etc.). You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is validated. Thank you for your patience, especially during busy periods!
Delivery Zones
- Metropolitan France: Standard delivery times and rates apply.
- Overseas departments/territories (DOM-TOM), EU, and International: Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.
How to Track Your Order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email (please check your spam folder and PayPal inbox). As soon as your package is ready, I’ll send you an email with the tracking number. If you haven’t received it yet, your order is still being prepared.
I know how eager you are to receive your order, and I’m doing everything I can to ship it as quickly as possible. Delays may occur due to high demand, technical issues, or unexpected events (illness, printing delays, etc.). Thank you for your patience and understanding! Delivery Issues?
1. A Damaged Order
Unfortunately, this can happen. Please don’t blame me—I have no control over the delivery once the package is handed over to La Poste. To be reimbursed, I recommend refusing the delivery and contacting La Poste’s customer service directly within 48 hours, providing your tracking number and photos of the damage.
As a gesture of goodwill, I’d be happy to offer a commercial discount to compensate for this inconvenience. However, I rely on your understanding: I cannot be held responsible for La Poste’s errors. I cannot be held responsible for La Poste's errors.

2. Withdrawal (Right of Retraction)
Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-calendar-day period to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, starting from the date you receive your order.
To exercise this right, send an email to: contact@mimpiwild.com with your details and order number (see the template below). The products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or non-compliant. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the original purchase
Exceptions: This right does not apply to personalized products, sealed goods opened after delivery, orders with express shipping (if clearly indicated before purchase) or services fully performed before the withdrawal period ends
Risk of Damage/Loss: You are responsible for the product until it is safely received by the seller
3. Incorrect Address
Be careful! If the address is incomplete or incorrect, the package will be returned to Mimpi Wild. You will be charged additional shipping fees for a new delivery attempt.
4. You were Absent?
If the package cannot be delivered, a notice of attempted delivery will be left in your mailbox. You will have a few days to collect it from the post office or arrange a new delivery (additional fees may apply at your expense).
